 OUR FOUNDER: PROPHET, SHARON O. EARLEY    

As Prophet Sharon remembers the events of her youth, she began to realize that God purposed her for Himself.  Her mother would often tell of how she, as early as, 3 years old; would write and scribble on the wall in the house, to later become writer, publisher and editor for the Kingdom of God.  God endowed her with the ability to write poetry, short stories, novels, articles and plays.  By the time Sharon was 13 years old, she wrote her first play and performed for neighbors with a cast of friends on the back of the apartment buildings.  In November 2004, Sharon was on the writing team and stage manager of Beyond the Veil: a Dance Production which included a cast of dance ministries throughout the Richmond, Virginia tri-city areas, presented by Anointed Vessels of Praise and A Dancer Called by God dance ministries.

She has written and edited materials for Christian magazines, newsletters and organizations.  She has consulted with many ministers of the gospel pertaining to their written works for the body of Christ.  The Holy Spirit has used her to give insight and plans for what he wanted the writers to share with their readers.  Her first book Mourning is Morning:  Encouragement for the Young Widow was published to give hope to young widows. This book was published by Heartfelt Publishing Group, a ministry she founded.  Her most recent work titled His Pen in My Hand is used in Christian schools and colleges throughout the United States and abroad. 

As God continued to groom and raise Sharon up as a leader at Five Fold Family International Ministries, she was asked by her pastor, to launch a women’s ministry; and thus, out of her obedience birth forth Perfected Diamonds Women’s Ministry.  After many meetings and as a result of prayer, Perfected Diamonds hosted its first women’s conference, entitled Who Is She, supported by SisterCare International.

Many began to refer to Sharon as “prophetess” because of the words of life she would share.  God uses her most often in giving strategies pertaining to businesses, local church and women’s ministry, according to the times and the seasons.  God has confirmed her as prophet through the vessels of Prophets Vernon and Mary Rhone (Richmond, VA), Apostle Elizabeth Hairston (Miami, Florida), Prophet Louella Williams (Syracuse, NY), Apostle Sharon Jones (Richmond, VA), Apostles Daniel and Cereda Rispress (Columbus, OH), as well as, other church and ministry leaders.  This seed was watered through intense development and training: prophetic schools, mentoring, workshops and bible college.  As time progressed, other leaders in the community began to receive her prophet.  As she embraced her call, as well as her love for diversity, she began to minister to women from all walks of life, including those from other countries: Cote d'Ivoire, Bahamas, France, Turks and Caicos and Kenya.

God began to train and educate Sharon to prepare for the call he has set her apart for.  She became a faithful student of Hearing in the Spirit Prophetic Ministry.  She continued her training at Gateway Ministries, National Institute of Prophetic Ministry in Richmond, Virginia.

Prophet Sharon Earley was ordained in the Office of Prophet by Apostle Dr. Elizabeth Hairston under The Apostolic-Prophetic Connection, Inc.  Since her ordination, Prophet Sharon has obtained a master’s degree in Christian Journalism and a doctorate degree in Christian Education.  Prophet Sharon is currently Visionary Founder of KingdomWorks Ministries, Inc. which is encompasses, Perfected Diamonds Leadership and Development for Women, Perfected Diamonds Women's Ministry and Anointed Pen Christian Writer's Mentorship Program.

Prophet Sharon is convinced that before she was born God has called her to be a prophet.  As she continues her walk as Ambassador for Christ, she gives God the glory for all things in her life.  She has experienced first hand, that without Christ it is impossible to please God  She has made a commitment to surrender all to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ that others might be saved, delivered and made free. 

Her heart’s desire is that of Psalm 27:4

            “One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple”.
